Timing & Shipping
Collection
Best collected in the morning, Monday to Thursday. (Women's hormone panel: Day 3 of cycle unless otherwise instructed)
Return Your Sample
Post your sample the same day you collect it, using the prepaid return package. Drop it at a priority postbox or Post Office for fastest delivery.
Receiving & Results
Your results will usually be ready in 2-4 working days after the lab receives your sample. You'll be notified when your personalised report is available in the Optima.AI dashboard

What if I can't get enough blood?
